Village Facilitators

Laxmikant Bansode facilitates the development process in Rajura and Phulwadi villages. One of the first members of the SJP team, he also supports the process in villages of Latur and Nanded districts. He is from Ahmedpur town in Latur district. His area of interest is rural health and sanitation.

Asha Poul leads the facilitation process with women in all villages where SJP works. She has completed her teacher training and aspires to be a college lecturer. Asha is from Ahmedpur town in Latur district.

Ravindra Kamble facilitates the development process in Wahad and Dagadsanghvi villages. He is a lawyer by profession. He lives in Kandahar town of Nanded district.

Shaikh Dawal facilitates the development process in Vana Hipparga. He is from Chakur town of Latur district.
